Qualifications

• Successful completion of a four-year apprenticeship in one of: stationary engineering, air conditioning and refrigeration, electrician, pipe fitting or plumbing.
• Or a minimum of six years equivalent experience performing building maintenance or systems engineering duties in a complex facility.
• On-call (or stand by) duty is required and rotated among engineers.

Responsibilities

• Operate building systems and equipment and perform periodic maintenance and repairs on a variety of building systems, equipment and furnishings.
