Responsibilities

• Create and enter employee schedules in the scheduling system.
• Ensure safe nursing practice and quality care through staffing plans.
• Communicate staffing activities and changes to the team and leadership.
• Review timecards to ensure payroll accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Mentor and train new staff and provide feedback on performance.
