RehabVisions, Inc. seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a hospital-based role in Ephrata, WA. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with a 50/50 mix of inpatient and outpatient care.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CCC-SLP eligibility or certification. Compensation is $45–$60 per hour, with a $15,000 career bonus program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required or equivalent.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred/eligible.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients
• Complete documentation
• Plan, market and develop new programs
• Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
• Assist in the general operation of the department
