Qualifications

• 1–3 years of working experience
• Medical background preferred
• Hospital laboratory environment experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates proficiency in test ordering policies and hospital processing procedures
• Print Quest performed testing reports
• Interprets specimen flow/tracking data using available reports
• Responsible for supply ordering
• Performs remote accessioning (pre-accessioning) (client specific)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to specimen types, missing information, and client requests
• Provide proactive customer support and liaison between customer and Quest Diagnostics
