Job summary

Rep-Lite is seeking a Sterile Processing Account Specialist (Hospital-Based) in Charlottesville, VA. This full-time, on-site role supports a dedicated hospital account with a focus on improving workflows and training healthcare teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Sterile Processing and related fields, with CRCST, CBSPD, or CST preferred. No travel and a clear path into the medical device industry are highlighted. Benefits are included with a stable hospital-based position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sterile Processing, Central Services, OR, or surgical services.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation and tray workflows.
• Comfortable working directly in SPD/OR environments.
• CRCST, CBSPD, or CST preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner daily with SPD and OR leadership.
• Ensure tray readiness and case support.
• Audit trays, instrumentation, and workflows.
• Identify and fix inefficiencies before they impact cases.
• Lead hands-on training and in-services.
• Support process improvements and standardization initiatives.
• Serve as the hospital’s go-to sterile processing expert.
