Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Current ASHA CCC certification.
• Active Washington SLP license to start.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Hospital-based inpatient/outpatient experience preferred.
• Competency in dysphagia, cognitive-communication, and voice/language therapy.
• Flexibility to support inpatient and outpatient service needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients to improve communication and swallowing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and document progress.
• Provide evidence-based SLP interventions across settings.
• Participate in scheduling and coverage for inpatient/outpatient services.
