Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a Transportation Associate to provide safe, timely shuttle services for rehabilitation patients, employees, visitors and guests across campus locations. The role supports daily operations and requires compassionate, patient-centered service delivery.

Two years of shuttle transport experience and two years of customer service are expected; a CDL is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid Georgia driver's license and

Qualifications

• Two years shuttle transportation experience.
• Two years customer service experience.
• CDL preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Operates and drives Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta vehicles in a safe manner.
• Drives vehicles throughout the organization’s premises to designated locations.
• Documents activities for department records.
• Performs safety inspections and maintains vehicle cleanliness.
• Assists rehabilitation patients and equipment with entering/exiting vehicles.
• Provides directions and assistance to visitors and families as needed.
