Henry Ford Health in Detroit is seeking a Passenger Bus Driver to safely transport employees and guests across our hospital system, ensuring timely, courteous service and a strong safety record.

The role requires CDL with P endorsement, DOT medical card, and strict adherence to DOT regulations and bus pre/post-trip inspections; you will follow scheduled routes and maintain professional conduct with passengers.

Formación

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Commercial Driver¿s License (CDL) with P endorsement in good standing (3 or fewer points).
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Successful completion of U.S. and Michigan Department of Transportation Background Screening & Hiring Processes.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a passenger bus to transport employees and guests across Henry Ford Hospital System facilities and parking lots.
• Maintain a customer-friendly demeanor and etiquette while interacting with passengers.
• Ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safety protocols.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
• Adhere to scheduled routes and timelines, adapting to changes as necessary.
