Job summary

• Previous healthcare setting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline those who do not meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact person for complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement; perform other duties as assigned.
