Responsibilities

• Lead a security officer team to respond to routine operations.
• Work closely with Shift Supervisors and complete assigned tasks.
• Enforce hospital policies to provide a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Initiate and resolve incident investigations using reports and information gathered.
• Liaise with local law enforcement on incident investigations when warranted.
• Perform Security Officer or Security Supervisor duties as needed.
• Contribute to ongoing development of competent and trained security officers.
