Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in law enforcement, security, military, or related field; healthcare security preferred.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license in Illinois; overtime and flexible hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hospital premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Monitor facility grounds and interior areas to maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Escort individuals to designated locations and provide assistance as needed.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and irregularities, including equipment damage, security breaches, or unusual occurrences.
• Inspect security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure proper operation.
