GardaWorld Security Services in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Tactical Security Officer to patrol diverse environments, read surroundings, and anticipate risks. The role requires mobility and staying on your feet for the full shift.

The position offers a set schedule (Wed 11am–5pm; Thu–Sat 5am–5pm, 42 hours/week) with a competitive $28/hour wage. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer matching, PTO, holidays, disability and life insurance, plus uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Active Armed Guard Card
• Must be 21 years or older
• Military, Corrections or Law enforcement experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift

Responsibilities

• Read the environment, anticipate risk and act accordingly.
• Patrol assigned sites during shift across locations such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers.
• Respond to incidents and follow posted procedures and security protocols.
• Document observations and report security issues to supervisors.

Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
