Responsibilities

• Patrol hospital grounds on foot or in vehicle, documenting observations.
• Assist staff with de-escalation and restrain as necessary within guidelines.
• Escort patients and assist with evacuations during emergencies.
• Monitor access points, alarms, and CCTV to protect property and people.
• Prepare clear incident reports and logs after events.
