• Monitors central mechanical plant equipment via hourly rounding.
• Monitors building HVAC equipment and reports maintenance needs.
• Reports and logs all activities in department records.
• Patrols assigned areas and buildings to ensure safety and security.
• De-escalates individuals when needed and responds to incidents calmly.
