Qualifications

Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check in accordance with laws.
Drug screen as permitted by law.
Licensing may be required by state/local law.
Valid driver’s license for driving positions.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by following site policies and emergency protocols.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and directing visitors to appropriate areas.
Document incidents, patrol activities, and observations and communicate with leadership.
