Resolute Baptist Hospital is seeking a full-time Security Officer (Unarmed) to protect people and property on campus and to ensure a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors. You will monitor access, respond to incidents, and assist with traffic and crowd control as needed.

The role emphasizes customer service, situational awareness, and strict adherence to security policies, with possible eligibility for a sign-on bonus. This is a day-shift, on-site position in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• 2 years in a security role, law enforcement, or military background; or 3 years in strong customer service roles with willingness to learn security practices.
• Licensure/certification as required by state law; valid state driver's license; AHA BLS.

Responsibilities

• Protect life, property, information, and reputation by monitoring entrances/exits and credential verification.
• Evaluate and respond to events and incidents per System policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and physicians.
• Respond to emergencies and disturbances in line with policy and procedures.
• Prepare and submit incident documentation according to policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of security orders and regulatory requirements.
