The University of Iowa is seeking a Hospital Security Officer Supervisor to manage security operations and oversee a team of officers. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. The position offers a range of responsibilities, including staff training and performance management, within a supportive and comprehensive benefits framework.
The University of Iowa Health Care department ofSafety and Securityis seeking aHospital Security Officer Supervisorto provide administrative supervision for hospital security officers, clerks, and temporary staff. This position will collaborate with dispatch, fire safety, nursing services, University police, and all other key stakeholders to enhance safety and security within UI Health Care. This Hospital Security Officer Supervisor will support the Security Supervisor and Manager to ensure their security staff maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff with the buildings and on the ground of UI Health Care.

Pay Grade: 13
Shift: 2nd or 3rd shift
