Job summary

Watson Clinic ASC LLC is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to patrol premises and secure doors/windows, enforce parking and access controls, and safeguard personnel and property. The role requires strong communication, observational skills, and the ability to respond to alarms with sound judgment.

The position calls for high school diploma or GED, CPR certification (within 90 days), and at least two years in security or related experience.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Current CPR certification (or obtain within 90 days from hire).
• Two years’ experience in police or security field; OR, equivalent combination of experience/education.

Responsibilities

• Patrol premises to prevent intrusion and secure doors, windows, and gates.
• Check doors/windows and log any unlocked entries.
• Enforce center rules and ensure proper parking for staff and visitors.
• Assist visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.
• Monitor entrances/exits to guard against theft and manage stock movement.
• Respond to alarms, decide actions, and file reports as needed.
• Warn violators and evict violators when necessary; assist in crowd control during disturbances.
• Participate in fire/safety drills and report hazards promptly.
• Maintain CPR and safety credentials; provide reliable communication during shifts.
