Responsibilities

• Protect defined area or facility from fire, theft, hazards, and unlawful entry.
• Monitor radio transmissions and respond to calls and emergencies.
• Perform fixed and patrol post duties to ensure safety of patients, visitors, staff and physicians.
• PRN staff must be flexible to float to other units as needed and work a minimum of three 12-hour shifts per schedule.
