Tarian is seeking Healthcare Security Officers for overnight shifts in Texas to support safety and security operations across hospital settings. You will patrol, monitor access, assist patients and staff, and deter unsafe activities while adapting to client requirements and expectations.

Role requires a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and the ability to meet licensing standards. The position offers full-time or part-time opportunities with a broad benefits package.

Qualificações

• A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required for this position upon receiving a conditional offer of employment.
• Completed High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
• Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs., help restrain or lift a person
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet Tarian driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).

Responsabilidades

• Our Healthcare Security Officers are responsible for maintaining the security and safety of the hospital, its staff, and its patients and visitors -- and serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activities on hospital property. Our Security Officers also provide supervision for at-risk patients in the hospital environment.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
