• 2-5 years of experience in law enforcement or security operations.

Responsabilidades

• Protects life and property on hospital premises.
• Deescalates tense situations.
• Contacts local police before any physical altercations.
• Patrols buildings and grounds to prevent incidents.
• Reports and investigates incidents and hazards.
• Secures and protects buildings and grounds.
• Responds to emergency and non-emergency situations.
• Assists with de-escalation and staff safety.
• Controls access for staff, patients, visitors, and vendors.
• Assists with inquiries from patients, visitors, or employees.
• Maintains daily activity and incident reports and logs.
• Participates in emergency response team activities.
• Reports safety hazards and maintains equipment and drills.
