Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance with good driving record.
Two years of verifiable employment history related to this position (security, law enforcement, corrections, or military service).
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate professionalism and respect toward colleagues, patients, and community members from diverse backgrounds.
Patrol buildings and grounds to identify and address safety, fire, and security risks.
Respond to emergencies, coordinate with emergency personnel, and assist with evacuations and crowd control.
Investigate suspicious activity, safety hazards, and security incidents on hospital property.
Assist with fire, tornado, and safety drills, including documentation and staff training.
Inspect and maintain emergency and safety equipment, reporting any malfunctions.
Perform additional safety and security duties as assigned to support facility operations.
