Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in security administration, Criminal Justice, or related field; 1–2 years hospital security experience.
• 3–5 years hospital security experience with demonstrated leadership and training responsibilities.
• Must meet HFH Security Officer requirements and have satisfactory performance reviews.
• Complete IAHSS Supervisory and Safety training within the first year.
• Strong management and communications capabilities; excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security personnel and prepare work rosters to ensure adequate coverage.
• Arrange special coverage for events or special circumstances.
• Review security reports and incidents daily to inform officers at roll call.
• Monitor HFHS facilities to prevent loss or injury to patients, visitors, employees or others.
