Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Raleigh, NC to protect patients, staff and visitors across healthcare settings. You will perform routine patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as part of employment.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner following procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities and entrances to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, assist visitors, and report suspicious activity.
• Complete daily activity reports and shift communications per requirements.
