Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by applicable laws.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
