At Ivinson Memorial Hospital, we provide compassionate, world-class care and support a balanced work life for our team. The base salary starts at $17.30/hr with a weekend shift Saturday/Sunday 3pm to 11pm, plus a competitive rewards package.

This security role trains for ~6 weeks; requires BLS to be current, de-escalation certification within 90 days, and a Wyoming driver’s license. Strong customer service and communication are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have current, valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 60 days of hire and maintain credentials.
• Must certify in a de-escalation program within 90 days of hire and recertify yearly.
• One year of security experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implements security policies and procedures.
• Coordinates security measures as needed in a calm and professional manner.
• Patrols areas and reports unusual or suspicious activities.
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems.
• Responds to all codes in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
