Allied Universal in Smyrna, TN seeks a Security Officer Hospital Behavioral Response Driver to protect patients, staff and visitors while delivering exceptional service. This full-time role patrols a hospital campus, responds to incidents calmly, and complies with vaccination requirements and driving responsibilities.

A valid driver’s license is required; must be 18+ (21+ for armed) with a high school diploma.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of security-related experience.
Willing to meet hospital vaccination requirements.
Able to work in and around a hospital morgue.
Able to restrain individuals when necessary.
Valid driver’s license per Allied Universal policy.
Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check per federal, state and local laws.
Criminal history considered per applicable laws.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
