Job summary

Allied Universal in Columbus, OH is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Screening Specialist to safeguard campus clients, monitor access points, screen visitors and belongings, and respond to security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional presence to deter incidents.

Qualifications

At least one year of security-related experience.
Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check in accordance with laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
Drug screen required where permitted.
Licensing requirements may apply.
Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
