Job summary

St. Luke’s Health - The Woodlands Hospital is seeking an Environmental Services Technician to maintain a clean and sanitized patient environment. You will perform routine cleaning tasks, use specialized cleaning equipment, and ensure safe disposal of biohazards to protect patients and staff.

You will also restock supplies, operate EVS tools, and support the facility’s safety programs in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Use specialized equipment and sanitization techniques to disinfect areas.
• Follow proper disposal procedures for biohazard materials and bodily fluids or sharp objects.
• Refill soap and paper towel dispensers and deliver clean linens.
• Maintain cleanliness of carts, supplies, and equipment; manage waste streams per procedures.
