OSF HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse for an on-site hospital role in Michigan. The RN applies the nursing process to deliver safe, patient-centered care and works with the care team to coordinate services.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, holidays, and limited weekends, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 401k with dollar-for-dollar match and access to Public Student Loan Forgiveness programs.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in Nursing (required).
• Experience: One year hospital-based nursing in the past five years.
• Licensure/Certification: Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Michigan. CPR and ACLS certifications current.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and detail-oriented skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care using the nursing process and standards of nursing care.
• Manage assigned personnel and promote collaboration among the allied services.
