Qsource is seeking a Quality Improvement (HQIA) Advisor experienced in the hospital setting. This position entails working directly with multiple hospitals on improvement efforts in infection prevention, vaccination, medication safety, behavioral health, and care coordination. The HQIA will provide education and technical assistance (onsite, virtually, or telephonically) in the effective use of data, interpretation of performance metrics, translation of results into actionable improvement steps, and ongoing intervention performance measurement strategies.
This job is an integral part of a team that works with individual hospitals, corporations, and other national, regional, and local partners to improve the quality of care in hospitals.
The Hospital QI Advisor is remote; therefore, candidates must be highly organized, self-motivated, and can use virtual communication and collaboration platforms.
