• Patrol procedures for vehicle and foot patrols to ensure safety.
• Incident investigations of minor and major facility interactions, including criminal investigations.
• Effective radio communications and timely response to calls for service.
• Completion of required reports and logs for security activity.
• Knowledge of CCTV and checkpoint systems for surveillance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Shift leadership in the absence of the Shift Supervisor.
• Lead facility-wide training with VIWP instructor.
• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols to ensure a safer environment for staff, patients, and guests.
• Assist with departmental in-service notifications and observations.
• Maintain attendance and document shift employees.

• Conduct investigations and prepare incident reports.
