Job summary

Jefferson Regional Medical Center is seeking a Hospital Maintenance Plumber to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems within a healthcare setting. You will diagnose issues, perform routine inspections, and collaborate with maintenance staff to support hospital operations.

The role requires a license, 3–5 years of healthcare plumbing experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, sensitive environment. A Technical Plumbing Diploma or apprenticeship is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical Diploma in plumbing and/or completion of an apprenticeship program.
• Arkansas plumbing license required.
• 3–5 years of plumbing maintenance experience, healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with complex hospital plumbing (medical gas, backflow prevention).
• Proficiency reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• This is a Safety Sensitive Position.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems within the hospital facility.
