OU Health in Oklahoma City seeks a Manager of Plant Operations to oversee HVAC, central plant operations, and building automation systems across our facilities. You will coordinate research, design, and implementation to enhance operational and business performance while maintaining safe, compliant environments for patient care.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 10+ years in mechanical or plant operations, and leadership experience, along with relevant licenses and EPA 608 certification.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 10 years in Mechanical/Plant Operations with 3+ years of leadership.
• Active Unlimited Mechanical Contractor license (OK) required.
• Active Class 1 Boiler Operator's License (OK) required.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Clean driving record and Oklahoma license within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate research, design and implementation of HVAC and Building Automation system solutions.
• Assign staff and manage work schedules for HVAC and related teams.
• Administer performance evaluations and provide training for direct reports.
• Ensure building spaces are suitable for care and healing, with proper pressure, temp and humidity.
• Maintain regulatory compliance records for temp/humidity and Test & Balance reports.
• Oversee preventive maintenance to meet hospital utility programs.
