Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Three years in management of similar functions (preferred).
• Knowledge of health care construction, building codes, and hospital systems.
• CHFM certification (preferred).

• Oversee all daily facility operations including maintenance, construction, grounds, life safety and plant operations.
• Support long-term facility planning and strategic growth of the department.
