Spectraforce Technologies is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist III for hospital-based blood collection, serving adult to geriatric patients. The role requires travel to patient rooms, accurate labeling and documentation, and collaboration with nursing and lab staff.

The position is in Vancouver, WA, with a 2nd shift (1 PM–9:30 PM) on weekdays and weekend/holiday coverage as scheduled. A WA Phlebotomy license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active Washington State Phlebotomy License required.
• Clinical/hospital phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture and specimen collection skills.
• Ability to work with adult and geriatric patients.
• Team-oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and blood collection from adult and geriatric patients.
• Travel throughout the hospital to patient rooms to collect specimens.
• Identify patients accurately and label and document specimens correctly.
• Follow phlebotomy, safety, infection-control procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses and lab staff to ensure quality service.
• Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and compassion.
• Walk/have mobility to move around the hospital for collections.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced hospital setting.
• Support weekend and holiday coverage as required.
