Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of medical terminology.
• Three years of pharmacy experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• ACPE IV Certification with 40-hour course is preferred for IV admixture.

Responsibilities

• Select prescribed medications according to dosage and strength on patient files or cart-fill lists.
• Deliver medications to patient care areas and maintain accurate unit-dose records.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels to ensure adequate supplies and proper labeling.
