Job summary

Kindred Hospital Westminster seeks a Pharmacy Technician to provide distributive pharmacy services and support for the registered pharmacist. You will assist in preparing medications, filling orders, and preparing IV packs within a hospital setting.

The role requires good math and science skills, fluent English, and strong organizational abilities. Prior hospital pharmacy experience is preferred; 0% travel. Competitive pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or demonstrated ability to perform essential functions.
• PHRMTECH-R license or state licensure required where mandated by state law, upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacist to prepare and dispense medications.
• Prepare IV packs and unit-dose labeling.
• Maintain inventory and enter data into computer systems.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
