Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacist to prepare and dispense medication.
• Prepare IV packs and unit-dose labels.
• Process medication records and enter data in computer; compute charges.
• Restock shelves and rotate stock; deliver IVs to units as needed.
• Maintain inventory records and comply with hospital policies.
