Job summary

Montage Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy operations under the supervision of the department director. You will maintain patient records and drug profiles, prepare unit-dose medications, perform non-sterile compounding, and assist with data entry and Pyxis maintenance to ensure safe, efficient pharmaceutical care.

The role requires at least three years of technician experience, California licensure, and driving duties.

Qualifications

• At least three years of pharmacy technician experience; hospital experience preferred.
• Education as required for State of California Pharmacy Technician licensure.
• Must pass orientation and initial competency assessment prior to independent assignment.
• State of California Pharmacy Technician license or Pharmacist Intern license is required; PTCB by April 2026.
• Preference for AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification within six months.
