Qualifications

• Assist in transcription, storage, preparation, dispensing, and delivery of medications.
• Learn non-sterile and sterile compounding and operate automation systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparation of medication orders, including transcription, workflow management, automation, and dispensing.
• Distributes medications to designated areas and returns unused or damaged doses to the pharmacy.
• Supports inventory management: receipt, storage, security, and labeling integrity.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and maintains documentation; promotes safe practice.
• Provides excellent customer service to patients and staff with HIPAA confidentiality.
