Responsibilities

• Prepares medication and IVs, fills orders efficiently and accurately.
• Processes orders safely, repacks and labels medications.
• Fills emergency and stat orders promptly.
• Handles controlled substances responsibilities with proper documentation.
• Communicates issues with order preparation to staff pharmacist.
• Maintains clean, organized drug storage and updated lot numbers.
• Performs aseptic and clean procedures for sterile and non-sterile orders.
• Documents fills, inventory, and unit-dose packaging updates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
