Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Triages phone calls and handles medication requests, deferring clinical decisions to a pharmacist.
• Communicates effectively with pharmacy staff, customers, patients and hospital teammates.
• Completes required PTU program training and prepares for PTCB certification.
