Qualifications

• Must possess attention to detail and ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Proficient computer skills and basic math/typing abilities.
• Previous health care experience and pharmacy tech training are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterile IV compounding and other dosage forms under supervision.
• Handle automated dispensing tasks and materials management.
• Cross-train to cover Level I–III duties across Ballad Health facilities.
• Mentor Level I/II technicians as assigned.
