Qualifications

TN State Pharmacy Tech license required.
PTCB Certification required.
Hospital experience required.

Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of hospital policies and government regulations and dispense accordingly.
Consult with physicians and nursing staff regarding patient reactions, errors, and complaints.
Assist with quality improvement initiatives, inventory, and ordering of pharmaceuticals.
Monitor, record, and communicate using computerized documentation systems.
Follow Standard Precautions using PPE as required.
