Requires 1+ year hospital pharmacy experience and active State Pharmacy Technician registration.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of contemporary hospital pharmacy experience (retail or ambulatory experience acceptable).
• Active State Pharmacy Technician registration required.
• Registered or Licensed Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) per Florida requirements.

Responsibilities

• Executes core pharmacy technician duties under pharmacist supervision.
• Dispenses medications and manages inventory.
• Sterile compounding and regulatory compliance under USP guidelines.
• Operates medication automation systems and ADC management.
• Collaborates with nurses and pharmacists to ensure safe medication practices.
• Supports quality improvement and training of peers.
