Qualifications

• Less than high school education is required.
• Pharmacy work experience is preferred.
• National Certification as pharmacy technician or Pharmacy Intern license is required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently processes and fills medication orders.
• Delivers medications from pharmacy to nursing units; returns items from nursing units as needed.
• Wholesale orders processed and received correctly.
• Demonstrates leadership skills and critical thinking skills.
• Provides general assistance to pharmacist staff.
• Illustrates working knowledge of technology.
