Qualifications

• KY Board of Pharmacy registration within 30 days of hire (for new registrants)
• Must obtain National Pharmacy Tech Certification within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently processes and fills medication orders.
• Delivers medications from pharmacy to nursing units; returns items from nursing units as needed.
• Wholesale order processed and received correctly.
• Demonstrates leadership skills and critical thinking skills.
• Provides general assistance to pharmacist staff.
• Illustrates working knowledge of technology.
