Job summary

Mary Rutan Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician in Bellefontaine, OH to support pharmacists by filling physician orders for medications across oral, rectal, topical, inhalation and injectable forms. You will prepare labels, process charge slips, and perform other pharmacy duties.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an Ohio-approved training program, and registration with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed an approved training program pursuant to Ohio Administrative Code.
• Is registered with the state board of pharmacy.
• One-year related pharmacy experience preferred.
• Education in all age groups ranging from newborn to geriatric population obtained either in school education, experience or subsequent training.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists by filling physician orders for medications in oral, rectal, topical, inhalation and injectable forms.
• Prepare labels and process charge slips.
• Perform other pharmacy-related duties.
