Job summary

AVASearchGroup is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Supervisor for a hospital in Western Colorado, about one hour south of Grand Junction. Lead clinical pharmacy programs, antimicrobial stewardship, and medication safety while serving as a trusted resource to pharmacists, providers, nursing, and hospital leadership.

The role oversees EHR content, drug libraries, and collaborates with pharmacy leadership to optimize medication use.

Qualifications

• PharmD from ACPE-accredited school required.
• Current Colorado pharmacist license required.
• 3–5+ years of hospital pharmacy experience required; no retail-only backgrounds.
• Antimicrobial stewardship and medication safety experience required; certificate or equivalent training.

1 hour south of Grand Junction
